The hotel was in a good location for the Eurotunnel. The staff were helpful and polite.. The stay was spoilt by the noise from a wedding party. [Less]

A pleasant Break

My partner and I were celebrating our 36th anniversary and found the hotel was a little remote, but with a car, this was not an issue and it resulted in a quiet and comfortable stay. [Less]
Family stay for legoland
By Pip26
We stayed for one night in the express in Slough and our stay was great. Although driving to the hotel gave us doubts the minute we walked through the door everyone was warm and welcoming. Check in [More] was fast. The room was fine for what we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the bar/restaurant and everyone was polite and friendly which was lovely after a long day. Breakfast was as expected but the staff constantly buzzing about helping everyone and cleaning constantly was an added bonus. But the best thing about the stay for us was that we have two young children and the staff couldn't have been more welcoming to them especially Miguel in the bar/restaurant he went out of his way to make them feel special, happy and comfortable and that made our stay that little bit better. He was fantastic a very nice man. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and recommend [Less]
Quiet, clean, comfortable

Does the job - it's close to the office, the staff were friendly and helpful - even found me a phone charger at 1am! Breakfast buffet was a good selection, and all cooked well. TV had a decent [More] selection of channels and even on the top floor it was quiet and clean. [Less]

Found the hotel clean and had everything I needed. Very relaxed stay and a great central location. Staff were very helpful. Only down side is a small parking area but I did manage to park nearby when [More] I returned late at night to find the car park full. [Less]
Great Service

The staff at this hotel are always going the extra mile. We had four energetic children for breakfast and one member of the Front Desk Staff even came out and played with the children. That is [More] going the extra mile. The staff at breakfast were also extra helpful particularly Hazel. [Less]
Clean and friendly

Like all HI Expresses this hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. It was a good location for us as we were visiting family in west London, but the lack of a nearby tube station may hinder [More] others. Staff very good and most co-operative. [Less]
Great Location
By Magootoo
Wew needed a hotel with easy access to a London Hospital. The hotel is about 200m from the River Thames. Within 300m of a rail station with access into central London, literally about 10mins. The [More] staff in the hotel had a great welcome for us and had a host of local knowledge re locations to eat. The breakfast was good with a wide selection of pastries, fruit and scambled eggs, baked beans and sausages. Restaurant staff were very attentive, thank you Hazel and all reception staff were good, thank you too mikala. We had to go to Kings College Hospital and this was easy. Parking is £15 for 24 hours and was fine. We came back and booked again for a few weeks time. A good choice for visits to central London. Great value for money. [Less]
