Improvement in room and bathroom facilities
By JuniHida
I do think you need to reburfish the room. They are exactly the same as what we saw when we stayed 5 years ago. Public facilities such as lobby, elevator and others need to be more in trend. [Less]
Great value, comfortable room - enjoyed my stay.
By Stephanie's Visit
The landscaping of the property is very attractive and inviting. The cost was reasonable, the restaurant and bar was very nice and we enjoyed sitting outside visiting with co-workers. I will stay [More] here if/when I return to the area. [Less]

Bit of a surprise
By MrIcemaker
Because of it's proximity to Knotts Berry Farm, I expected a noisy room, worn due to it's use. I was pleasantly surprised to find a quiet room, that appeared to be well maintained. My only complaint [More] - the parking in the front area of the building (where my room was) was insufficient - I had to park in the back of the building which was quite a walk from my room. I will probably stay here again if work brings me back to the area. [Less]

Went the extra mile

Very clean and comfortable room. Inadvertently, I left an item in the room when I checked out. Only realized after I was back home. The manager, Karla C. went out of her way, to retrieve the item and [More] have it sent to me. I was very impressed. Thank you again. Great hotel, great staff. [Less]
