I felt comfortable and safe in my room. Hotel was near restaurants that I frequent and I liked that about the location. [Less]

Overall fine experience at this Holiday Inn Express. The staff are very friendly. Everything was very clean. The beds aren't the most comfortable--only complaint. We were worried about earlier [More] reviews on the weak internet but were pleasantly surprised that it was not the case. The complimentary breakfast is better than average--very attentive staff too. The staff at this HIE is great. the rooms are clean, but the towels can be old. The TV service is somewhat questionable (always searching for a signal.) I have stayed here many times and I have [More] always had a pleasant experience. [Less]

This hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. The rooms seem slightly larger than some of the other HIE I have stayed at. The bed was much firmer than I was use to, but I adjusted to it the second [More] night. [Less]

unique hotel with train station feel
By xtravel
This is a comfortable hotel with an efficient staff housed in an old train station. Very practical for business travelers and looks like fun for families. [Less]
Nice room, but not all have a safe
By tulsaguy
This is a unique hotel and very appealing on the interior. The hotel is adjacent to a functioning train station and is built on the framework of the former station, which makes it very interesting. [More] Lots of huge open steel beams in the common areas. there are also former train cars that have been converted into rooms (on the second level). They have statues (in white) of various people around the common ares - kind of ghosts of the past. I had a regular (not train car) room. Very comfortable. the bathroom has a huge counter, so you don't have to try to fit all of your toiletries in a small space. Very nice. I was able to hear a very low rumble from a train twice each morning just before and after 6 AM, but I was already awake. It would not have woken me up and I am a light sleeper. It was quieter than most hotels near roadways and airports. Far quieter than I would have imagined. My only disappointment was that not all rooms have in room safes (some do) and mine did not.
