Our first visit to The Mark was memorable. Exceptional service, attentive staff. Our visit last weekend was disappointing. It appears the hotel's lustre has faced - appearance of the hotel looks
very worn- and so has the service. Efficient check in but with no warmth. Room clean but dated- very 1980's. The biggest complaint is the concierge and front desk personnel. Concierge probably receives 1000's of requests for restaurant advice, but I received a very curt response to my request and told to head to Columbus Avenue- no names, just head that way. Really, really disappointing.
I don't think for the value of the hotel per night that I will stay here again. Avery disappointing 10th anniversary. [Less]
