Reasonably priced and convenient
By MtnStraddler
The Holiday Inn Express just down the road has breakfast included, but costs more. We had breakfast plans outside of the hotel anyway, so this was a better-priced accommodation option for us. [Less]
Great Location
By Mittens17
We've stayed here numerous times while in town for concerts or just leisurely weekends in Edmonton. The location is pretty central and the prices are always decent. The pub has great food and one [More] time when we had a late arrival (11:30pm) we were thankful that they were still serving food. Rooms are always clean & beds are comfortable. Looking forward to our next stay. [Less]
Great value!
By TanHan
The location of this hotel is ideal for any one visiting the city for leisure or business. The access to hot spots in town is just a short drive away. It was very busy the weekend I was there, but [More] still managed to feel well taken care of. The street in front of the hotel is busy, but the room was sufficiently quiet. [Less]

Not allowed early check out
By Oilers66
We were completely surprised that we were not allowed an early checkout in the morning. The manager stated that she would have to charge us for the 3rd night even though we wanted to check out the [More] morning of the 2nd night. She couldn't make any exceptions. Our family has travelled all over the U.S. and Canada and have never had a problem with checking out early. I think this is ridiculous and we won't stay here again because of the lack of flexibility. Comfortable bed and good breakfast
By Solodude68
A quiet hotel with very comfortable and clean rooms. Good hot breakfast options, including great pancakes! I liked that the rooms had a microwave and coffee maker. My only complaint was the lack of a [More] fan in the bathroom. The bathroom steamed up a lot after a shower, and without a fan it took quite a long time for the steam to dissipate. [Less]
