The Holiday Inn Express on Lombard Street in Toronto is a good hotel with a nice variety in its breakfast buffet. Its friendly and helpful staff make it an excellent choice if you need a reasonably[More] priced downtown hotel.[Less]
Great sleep in a sketchy part of town.
The room and staff were great, the only thing that got me was the part of town. Light rail (trolley) lines were a block north of south of the hotel, so that was handy.[Less]
horrible breakfast,. otherwise it is all good.
Wifi is good, room is clean everything you need they have, but the food... the breakfast is worst than macdonals! thank god there is Tim Horton near[More] by...[Less]
I stayed for one night on business. The hotel is conveniently located near a major highway and has ample parking. The building was in great shape, front staff and even cleaning staff were very[More] friendly. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable and black-out blind was quite functional. The place was quiet at night which allowed a great sleep, which is unusual in my experience. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely use the Whitby Holiday Inn Express again.[Less]
I was there for a funeral, had a wonderful experience
at your facility, would highly recommend to others as
well as staying ther again myself.[Less]

Perfect hotel for the cost and location. Hotel staff was the best I've had so far.[Less]
My first choice from now on.
I cannot begin to describe the service and quality of this hotel. By far one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had! We will be back![Less]
A1 all the way but . . .
... when the room card key is not on your side there is nothing you can do.
I had issue to access floor with my card key and had to return to front desk 3 times to have the situation fixed.
Not a[More] big deal but time consuming especially I had to ask that they programed a new card key to fix the problem and being told that it had nothing to do with it and at the end the use a different card and voilà no more problem.[Less]
