Featured Prague Hotels

Step into the fairy tale city of Prague with our selection of Prague hotels near the historic city center, airport, or Prague Congress Center.
The jewel of the Vltava River, Prague is the capital and principal city of the Czech Republic. Its city streets have seen many phases of history, having once acted as the seat of Bohemian kings and two Holy Roman Emperors. The city has also experienced its fair share of tumult from Protestant Reformation to 1989’s Velvet Revolution. No longer occupied by foreign governments, Prague continues to blossom and draw visitors.
Prague is rich in architectural treasures, chief among them the Charles Bridge, where dramatic statues preside over passerby. Built on a promontory, Prague Castle and St. Vitus Cathedral loom over the cityscape, while across the river, Old Town contains the original town square, famed astronomical clock, medieval churches, and an enchanting patchwork of architectural styles in elegant sherbet shades. Also an important center for European Jewish culture, Prague’s Josefov sector contains the Old New Synagogue - one of the two oldest active synagogues on the continent - and the fascinating Old Jewish Cemetery, where thousands of Jewish citizens of the city were buried.
Kick back with a Czech-style pilsner at one of the open air - or below street-level - cafes before enjoying the wealth of Prague’s arts and culture. From the Estates Theatre, where a Mozart opera once premiered, to one of the many musical and literary festivals that take place each year, Prague nurtures artistic endeavors of
all kinds. Its many excellent museums, including the National Museum and Museum of Decorative Arts, are also wonderful places to lose yourself for an afternoon.
The unique shopping scene will whisk you away, too, especially at cheerful Wenceslas Square in the New Town. The shops near the castle and the Old Town Square specialize in local crystal and art, while Parizska Street features luxury goods and up-to-the-minute trends.
Get where you need to go with trains to multiple cities across Europe, regular flights from Vaclav Havel Airport, and the citywide Metro and tram system.
Let the old world come to life while enjoying all the luxuries of the present when you stay in one of our Prague hotels. Our courteous staff, stylish rooms, and world-class amenities open the doors to history like no other hotel.

A Good Base for Visiting Prague
By Gyrovagus
I used this hotel as a base for visiting various sites in Prague. Perhaps its best asset was that, although it is not in the centre of the city (and therefore fairly quiet) it is only about 150 [More] metres from a Metro station -- from which it is possible to go almost anywhere on public transport. I found the ambience and staff very welcoming after a day spent touring -- a good place to which to return. [Less]
great service

First time at Holiday Inn Prague Airport. On the entry with small bus you need to get out of the car and go to reception and request the barier to to the parking to be opened-some improvement needed. [More] Inside the hotel Holiday -Inn standard but refurbished with nice reception and restaurant. Free shuttle to and from airport in 10 minutes is what you need in the morning with an early flight. Helpfull staff making my bill while I could enjoy the breakfast with good variety. With coffe machine in the room you will not achive good taste off tee - my preference is the traditional water boiler. [Less]
Great Lay Over
I spent my first night in Prague here, before moving in to my new apartment. I was very pleased that there was Gluten Free choices for breakfast. Dinner was very good, but the lettuce provided was [More] more decorative than edible. The TV in the room did not work, so they moved me across the hall to a new room in short order. I liked the Shuttle from PRG Airport. I found the Holiday Inn Kiosk which was a visual TV phone to the front desk. The Shuttle arrived 10 minutes later. They helped me figure out how to get to the bus and sold me bus tickets to get to the Mall and back. I am not used to staying in Hotels, but everything suited my tastes and needs. [Less]

Great location and recognition as an Ambassador
The hotel is located a short distance from key tourist attractions in Prague. There is a small grocery store nearby which makes it convenient for small purchases (e.g. water). Given the location, you [More] never run out of dining options. We were celebrating my wife's birthday and the gesture of providing a bottle of bubbly and truffles accompanied by a hand written card was special. Executive rooms were decently sized and beds comfortable. The breakfast selection and quality was great and room service very prompt. The bar was not too 'busy'. Overall, great value especially if you are an Ambassador member. [Less]
