By lichita44
WE HAD A VERY GOOD TIME IN THIS HOTEL. THE ONLY ONE THING I DID NOT LIKE WAS THAT THEY OFFERED 2 LITTLE PACKETS OF CANDY. AS A ELITE MEMBER. I WAS SURPRISE WITH THIS KINDERGARTEN GIFT. PLEASE [More] CHANGE THIS OFFER. TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. [Less]

Comfy stay in Centro Guadalajara
By Rocky36
Great place, incredibly nice folks and the location was the best you can imagine. The A/C seemed to take a little while to cool the room down at check in, (probably having been turned off for some [More] time) but once it was cool, it stayed that way. The staff was perfect in every way and at every turn. We stayed in room 201 and thus never used the elevator after check in. If you look at the bed, you will notice one of the knobs on the headboard is a different size than the other. That's all I could find that wasn't perfect, and that didn't exactly effect our quality stay. [Less]

I don't understand why I'm forced to write a really long 500 character review. Why can't I write something shorter. This stupid restriction is forcing me to write .... at this moment. So enjoy. [Less]

I have stayed at this hotel before. It is very clean. The staff are VERY accommodating and most are bilingual. Easy to get help. Internet is excellent. Very well located if you want to enjoy the [More] Centro Historico district. I will definitely stay here again. [Less]
Nice Staff and free refreshments
By Hyperion Panda
The hotel looks high-end in the neighborhood, but the swimming pool doesn't look appeal to the guests. Rooms are clean. A security glass door on each floor allows only the guests with keycard in and [More] out, making us feel very safe. The staff is great. I arrived the hotel around 8:00 in the morning. The manager on duty allows me to check in ealier than the regular hour. I did need a good sleep after a long night flight. The big surprise is this hotel provide constant free refreshment on each floor. It's a really nice thing to have some soda or fruit during the day hour. How sweet it is! Yes, I'll come back to this hotel during my next visit to Guadalajara. [Less]
Excellent, comfortable business hotel
