Comfort as your own home
By Alfa1
I've stayed at Crown Plaza LAX twice this year. The staff are super courteous and very attentive, from the minute you pull up to the drive way! Starting from The vallet staff, to the concierge at the [More] check in counter. The cleanliness is superb. The rooms and the bathrooms are extremely clean. The bed is so comfortable, the pillows are excellent and when you call the room service, the staff are very sincere, courteous and make sure that you have a pleasant stay. I have really enjoyed my two times stay at this hotel and I highly recommend it. Don't think twice. This is the place to stay. [Less]

Super Convnient
By equestrian0826
We found the hotel to be super convenient to all our needs. Easy to park, with no additional parking fee, easy walk to restaurants and quick drive over to equestrian center. The rooms were clean, [More] well appointed with comfortable bedding. We did have one minor problem with ammonia smell in bathroom which was quickly remedied by staff. Bar and restaurant service and food good. The only glitch we did come across was we had to wait for check in til almost 4PM and adjoining room noise was a bit loud. Would definitely stay here on our next trip down. [Less]
