When I asked about this I was told that happens at check out. At check out it still didn't happen nor was I given a copy of my final bill. I really like the location of the property however something has changed in the overall experience. I wish it hadn't and hope someone will send to me my final bill showing a 0 balance.[Less]

As a Platinum member, I travel often. This time, I was traveling with my family. We reserved 3 rooms. The rate was great! We really enjoyed our accommodations and the surrounding area was full of[More] awesome shopping opportunities for myself and my girls. This location has a very beautiful interior and spacious rooms. We were pleasantly surprised by the room size since we were recently disappointed with a different Indigo location. It was my first time in Chicago, I was there to visit family. The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service made it convenient but their website said the bus comes every 30[More] minutes but it's actually every 45 minutes. We waited almost an hour for the shuttle .
The hotel is older but very clean and it is quiet in the hallways. The rooms are well appointed. We had a very restful stay.
The convenience store at the lobby was OK but expensive. $2.49 for a bottle of water!
Ithe was a tiring flight into Chicago and I wasn't sure if I booked my stay with breakfast, so I called concierge to inquire. I was told that I hadn't but they thanked me for being a Rewards Club member and Izamar sent breakfast vouchers to the room. Thank you very much! Your personal touch and gesture took away my negative experience with the shuttle service and the convenience store. You changed my perception and your hotel will be my residence every time I visit Chicago from now on.[Less]
