I spent 3 days here, it was a very enjoyable stay. The food was great, breakfast and evening social. If I had to pick something I disliked it would have to be all the construction on the nearby [More] roads, but of course that's not the hotels fault. Great time spent with my family. My 4 year old son LOVED the train car room and the atmosphere of the entire place. My only complaint would be that the pool was down for "maintenance" and my kids [More] were very disappointed. We were offered to go over to the hotel across the way but it was just not convenient. This hotel was fantastic and I highly recommend staying in the train car rooms. Very cool and very memorable bedroom. The one huge negative is the recognition of Spire Elite members. They do not [More] acknowledge it! Also, my wife and I tried to get into the concierge lounge in the morning. We had to go to the front desk 4 times to get the key activated. Wouldn't you just walk us down there with us after the second failed attempt? The breakfast had hot eggs to cereal. What it doesn't have is plates, napkins, bowls or milk for the cereal, knives to cut bagels or spread jelly or cream cheese on bread, or the actually jelly or cream cheese for bread options! When we called front desk to ask for these things we waited 20 minutes and just left. Poor speed of service or lack of service from the staff in the dining area to the concierge lounge. What a absolute great place this could be if they just focus on the customer! [Less]
