Great Value, Service
By glumee
I have stayed at this property numerous times a year (business) for at least 8 years. As a matter of fact, I've stayed here so long that it wasn't even a Holiday Inn Express when I first stayed [More] here. The customer service is ALWAYS friendly. The included breakfast is ALWAYS more than sufficient (eggs, bacon or sausage, juices, coffee, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, fruit, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, etc.) I would highly recommend staying at this Holiday Inn Express, especially if it's just you or you and a spouse. Rooms are more than adequately-sized for a couple, may be a bit snug for a family of four. [Less]
Weekend Respite from Organizing a Family Home
By LAR63
Especially liked the shower spray after a long day of organizing and packing!! The Staff made an extra effort to be friendly and helpful. Also, we had to change our reservations twice and were [More] able to do so with no problems. [Less]
Friendly staff and great breakfast

the staff at the front desk and at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The food was hot and continually brought out as things emptied. [Less]
Exceptional Stay
By sstephens15
The receptionist Crystal at the Greenbelt, MD location was very courteous and helpful. After traveling for 13 hours our room wasn't ready, after patienly waiting for a room she was kind enough to [More] make special accommodations for me and my family and for that I will be forever grateful. She welcomed our pet. The rooms were very spacios, the beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly. The rooms and property were clean. [Less]
Home away from home
By Cozy hotel
The best way to describe a Staybridge hotel, is like a mini-home. You have a refrigerator, (improvement would be ice), a range, sink with garbage disposal, dishes, silverware, and a dishwasher. The [More] living room is cozy and comfortable, with a sofa and a large T.V. and a desk area. The bedroom is comfortable, with a Queen bed, with very comfortable sheets, and plenty of pillows. The bedroom also comes with a T.V.. The bathroom is accommodating. Which has a bathtub with cloth shower curtain. The toilet and shower is in one separate room with a door, and the sink is just outside of the bathroom door. The overall appearance of the hotel is clean. I have only one "minor" criticism. When checking in. Once the staff realize that you're a repeat guest. The company/hotel should develop perks to to keep customers coming back. Little things go a long way. That being said. It should be obvious that Staybridge is a very nice hotel to be a guest in. [Less]
Good Hotel
By 157Rocket
I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was friendly when I checked in. Food was great. Very nice area if going to Washington, DC. Only issue I had was housekeeping. If it was my hotel, I would get a [More] new housekeeping team. [Less]
Pretty Good

Typical Holiday Inn Express experience. Room was clean and what I am used to with HIE. Front desk staff was friendly and I had no problems. [Less]
Fantastic Value for the DC Metro Area
By cruiserchris
Highly recommend this hotel. Location: Right off the freeway and less than a 2 minute drive to the Branch Ave Metro rail station. It's about a 15 minute train ride to all the sights in DC. Dining [More] options are slim. You have to drive to get some food. Located in a business park. Property [Less]
Great place to stay for Nationals baseball
By tediousendtosurvey
We always like to stay at this Holiday Inn Express when we go to Washington Nationals baseball games. It is located just blocks from the Branch Ave Metro (Green line). [Less]
