Featured Boston Hotels

Old-world charm meets modern energy in Boston, Massachusetts’ capital and largest city. Here in one of America’s most historic cities you’ll find attractions of all sorts, from sites along the Freedom Trail to the excitement of Fenway Park. With IHG’s wide-ranging Boston hotel options, you can choose the perfect place to begin exploring all the city has to offer, whether that’s the city center or the quiet pockets of Boston's outlying neighborhoods..

Things to See

Begin with a walk along Boston’s 2.5-mile Freedom Trail, which winds through the city and marks 16 key historic sites, including The Paul Revere House, Bunker Hill Monument, and King's Chapel Burying Ground. Pivot from the past to the present with a stop at the cutting-edge Institute of Contemporary Art, located on the Boston waterfront in the city’s buzzing Fort Point Channel neighborhood. Or, on the other side of town on Boston’s lush and scenic Fens parkway, you can see for yourself why the Museum of Fine Arts’ enormous and diverse collection is one of America's most impressive. Even non-sports-enthusiasts are known to find themselves cheering on the Red Sox at Fenway Park, the oldest Major League Baseball stadium in the U.S. And if you need a moment to catch your breath, you can always paddle a swan boat on the pond in the Boston Public Garden.

Hotels in Boston

IHG’s highly acclaimed Boston hotels appeal to a wide range of travelers and visitors. With enhanced guest experiences, and new or renovated amenities that include great restaurants, bars, spas, fitness centers and more, our hotels remain remarkable as new hotels, major brands as well as boutique hotels and hostels, arrive every year.

Where to Stay

Downtown Boston is the perfect choice for travelers who want a hotel in Boston that’s located in the middle of the action. The area’s many highlights are located within walking distance of most hotels, from historic Beacon Hill with its variety of antique shops to upscale Back Bay with its many shops and restaurants. And the Fenway neighborhood is definitely ideal if your Boston visit was motivated by the city’s great sports history and culture.

How to Get to Boston

Boston Logan International Airport, located 10 minutes from the city center by ground transportation, serves travelers from across the United States and the world. Free Massport shuttles ferry passengers between airport terminals and the airport station, where they can catch the T, Boston’s subway, into the downtown area or its surrounding neighborhoods. While public transport is the most economical option, you may also prefer to catch a cab from the airport to their hotel.

Rental cars are readily available throughout Boston, yet taking on the narrow, one-way streets can be a daunting proposition for visiting guests, not to mention the high price of parking. You might find it easier and more convenient to stay close to the city’s center and navigate the area by foot. You’ll find taxi stands throughout the city, particularly outside large hotels. The T, Boston’s subway, train and trolley system, is also a great resource if you plan to stay or travel outside the downtown area.

Great Staff
By Cpants
Great Stay. Have been at the property many times for work visits ranging from 2 days-7 days. Hotel staff has always been amazing. Currently undergoing construction which can take away from the [More] experience but still an overall good stay. [Less]
Employees are excellent and very helpful.
By Laoghaire
We have always found the hotel and the employees to be excellent. We have found accommodations to be very good during the renovations. We have utilized the hotel over the years in the past and found [More] services to be more than satisfactory. [Less]

Good value for Money in Cambridge

Parking needs to be addressed
By seewhy21
This hotel needs to revamp the parking situation. Parking is based on a first come, first serve. It makes you feel like once you check-in, don't move your car until you have completed your stay at [More] the hotel. They have a parking overflow parking lot which is across the street, how safe is that? Don't forget anything in your car because it will be a hassle going to get it. [Less]
Just what we needed!
By tierin
We were flying in from Logan and needed a place to spend the night before traveling more. The comfort and cleanliness was just what we needed following a vacation before a long drive. The amenities [More] were modern and up to date. No frills, no trendy scene and I liked it. The location to TD Garden is nice, but the North End is also a 10 minute walk which is where we headed. The staff was kind and helpful. We valeted our car bc the garage was quite a distance away. We booked through an a travel website so we didn't realize the garage was far away, which isn't a fault of the hotels, but good to know. I'd stay there again in a second. The front desk staff Lakeeva, Ray, Ben and Frederick were great. [Less]
