The room was quite and comfortale. The pillows could have had a better selection. The four on the bed all seemed to be the same thickness and firmness. I would have liked at least one not so hard to[More] sleep on. The alarm clock didn't work so I tried the guaranteed no worries wakeup call service and they didn't call my room to wake me up. Had to rely on my cell phone as an alarm clock instead.[Less]
Heavy youth group bookings on weekends detract from first-class experience
This is a really nice hotel in its siting and room finishes! Views over the pond and trees are beautiful and serene. I admired the design and materials used in the room. A bed mattress too soft for[More] my taste, though.
Public lounges are a step down in decor, but still fine.
It is admittedly hard to keep a suburban conference center hotel booked up on weekends, so be prepared for non-business groups you might not expect to find here. During our stay, the place was overrun with middle- and high-schoolers in athletic gear. Pizza boxes and drink containers were still in the lounges Sunday morning.
Breakfast spread was adequate, but not more. Staff everywhere were very friendly and accommodating, though they seemed a bit inexperienced.[Less]
Great please to work and stay.

Grate place to visit and stay at. All the amenities at the hotel will greatly increase the chance of a great stay.[Less]
I stay at this hotel while traveling for business in the area. Staff is friendly, and food is good. Hotel is recently renovated, and beds are comfortable. Could not connect to wifi though, but I was[More] too tired to work anyway![Less]
Overall value was good. The room/bathroom were clean. Guest services were good. Breakfast was average. I would recommend this hotel[Less]
Location is a short walk to everything!
The hotel is nice with kind accomodating staff. This location was a 10 to 15 minute walk to the theaters, subway and shopping. We were able to get around Manhattan very quickly on the[More] subway.
Restaurants all around with quite a lot of choices and very fair pricing. Some very good choices within the same block.
The room was comfortable and quite. The room steward did a nice job restocking and making up the room while we were out. Our only complaint; the carpet could have used a shampoo, it flooked dirty and the bottom of the shower curtain was mildewed.
The recommended parking lot is kind of out of the way and expensive at $55 a day with all taxes included. No deal with the hotel. Other lots are nearby with lower pricing. You can find lower prices if you purchase advanced parking online.
All in all we had a good time, a good stay and would return.[Less]
Location was convenient to Times Square, Rock Center/ Today Show and short bike ride to Central Park. Rooms were a bit small, but that's to be expected in Manhattan. Staff was great and extremely[More] helpful. Used Rewards Points so cost wasn't really an issue. Definitively recommend.[Less]
Cozy and comfortable, in a good mid-town location. Fine attentive staff. Good breakfast.
Will be back!![Less]
