I travel extensively throughout the Northeast U.S. and this property is one of my favorites. Although this is the biggest hotel that I go to, the staff goes out of their way to get to know you. Emily[More] has a smile and a kind word every time you walk by the Consierge Stand and Jackie Del Salto is definitely the best Guest Services Manager that I have ever dealt with, truly caring to make sure that your visit is the best that it can be. Thank you all!![Less]

Nice room, quiet hotel and a great gym. I would stay there again. The location was easy to get to from a major highway, and there are great stores and places to eat nearby.[Less]
Free update for rewards club membership was worth the effort. The room and amenities were a step-up. Staff were attentive and helpful.[Less]
Great Service and Good Breakfast
We were very happy during the stay and everything went fine.[Less]
Good , comfortable Hotel
Only downside was breakfast area not big enough to cater for everybody at busy times[Less]
Good Amenities, but service not consistent
We stayed at Staybridge for one week- and generally found it pretty comfortable.
The location will be (is) good- once the construction works on either side of the block are completed.
Unfortunately[More] our week coincided with 3 days of elevator maintenance, which created long waits and chaos at peak times. Even when the three elevators were back up to speed, they were slow to respond.
The rooms adjacent to elevators (i.e., any facing the rear of the building) carry a lot of mechanical elevator noise.
The breakfast is generous, though sometimes difficult to find a table.
The guest laundry is very good.
Room servicing was patchy- on a number of occasions we had to call housekeeping for supplies which had not been replenished, or our room had not been cleaned by our return at 6pm.
There was a large trash can just by our door, and housekeeping set up their trolley right outside our door every morning, which was quite noisy.
For a stay of 7 nights, I would have expected to have been offered a nicer room, maybe facing uptown- we had a view of a wall of windows of the adjacent hotel at the rear of the building.
Having said all this, I would stay here again- I would just be more specific about our room position next time.[Less]
Good Stay, Shuttle to train station did not last long enough but otherwise I recommend[Less]
