Visiting relatives only stayed 2 days. The person at the desk when we checked in was cordial, but not a real professional, yet.
He placed a paper before me to initial in about 4 spots with regard
to him having reviewed the items with me. I asked what did these mean and he blurted out the memorized version. I was not recognized as a rewards member or Gold Status. He said I guess you want the points. I guess he meant amenity points but I don't know. The other Candlewood Suites I've stayed in have gift bags prepared or a spin wheel to get gifts from the cupboard. We checked in around 6 pm and this was not a rewards stay.
Other than this it was a nice facility well situated for what we wanted and better priced than Holiday Inn Express. I would have enjoyed a King bed but none was available from online booking and I didn't ask when checking in. The queen bed with sofa is smaller than other Candlewood where the King is a separate room with sleeper couch. We did not use the cupboard so I cannot comment on it and the flexible part I don't understand in the survey. [Less]
