Featured Philadelphia Hotels

They call Philadelphia The City of Brotherly Love, and indeed there is plenty to love in this sizable city. It is the largest city in Pennsylvania and the fifth-largest in the U.S. With good information to plan your visit, Philly is a prime place for lots of unforgettable experiences.
Things to See
While sports are a good reason to visit Philly, the city offers plenty other fantastic things to do. Come hungry; Reading Terminal Market is one of the city's top dining attractions. There you can sample the best of Philly's cuisine, whether you are craving an irresistible sandwich or a undeniably decadent dessert.
American history buffs cherish Philadelphia’s rich heritage, which includes landmarks like Independence National Historical Park and the famous Liberty Bell. Stroll through Independence Hall and be sure to say you visited must-see Valley Forge National Historic Park. The Philadelphia Zoo’s 42 acres serve as home to more than 1,300 animals, and its award-winning exhibits will thrill your entire family. You’ll also want to make time to see Longwood Gardens’ impressive display of horticulture.
Science fanatics should not leave without exploring the Franklin Institute, which hosts a walk-through model of a heart, the Sports Challenge, a Changing Earth display and an IMAX theater.
Hotels in Philadelphia
Philadelphia hotels take in a range of guests; some are ideal for solo business travelers while others cater to families. The city isn't exactly a resort destination so you won't find an overabundance of luxury hotels in the city, however there are still numerous options for high tastes,
such as the Crowne Plaza property, or more affordable accommodations at Holiday Inn or the cozy Candlewood Suites.
Where to Stay
Old City is a top choice for vacationers in Philadelphia. This is where you'll find the city's top historic attractions as well as numerous shopping and dining options. Plus, the area is easy to walk so you won't have to worry about finding parking. Nearby Society Hill is another solid option; it is quieter than Old City but still close to the city’s core.
How to Get to Philadelphia
Philadelphia International Airport serves the city and the surrounding Pennsylvania area. If your hotel does not provide a shuttle service from the airport, it's easy to hop on public transportation and get into the main part of the city.
Philadelphia hotels are eagerly waiting to welcome you to The City of Brotherly Love. Start planning your trip today!

Great location and space!
By JoeNRox
This was our third visit to this location and have enjoyed each stay. The two room suite provides ample room for our family and any extras that we've had. I love the fact that there is good fast food [More] choices and restaurants in the area. This location seems to be just the right distance for us when visiting Philadelphia, and the breakfasts are great! [Less]
Very nice hotel
Very nice hotel, room very clean and beds very comfortable, stayed in 2 bedroom suite. Great for families. Breakfast in morning was ok. We really enjoyed the pool. I would definitely stay here again [More] when visiting the area. [Less]

Getting Better all the time
By dogtired2010
Since I last stayed here last Fall, the King Room had a mini-fridge/microwave; Holiday Inns seemed to be the last holdout in properties of this quality/price range. I felt the bed and especially the [More] pillows were more comfortable than ever. What I didn't like is having to search for outlets near the bed. I want the lamp and clockradio, but I also need to plug in a CPAP machine and phone charger and there were no outlets in the base of the lamp like some modern hotels have. I love that there isn't an additional pet charge. I met some wonderful, well-behaved dogs. I didn't like that the price seemed to be $40 higher than some other weekends; this was not a holiday. Didn't want to leave

Unfortunately our visit was due to a funeral but when I called to make reservations they were so pleasant and accommodating. They greeted us with open arms and made us feel at home. The breakfast was [More] well above our expectations, gave us something to look forward to each morning. When we do our family vacation next year we are definitely staying here again. [Less]
Great hotel
By justjerry
We were greeted by a welcoming staff that stayed attentive to our needs. Facility is quite new with my favorite feature, built in HVAC units that hold a temperature well and are not noisy like the [More] old under window units! Beds were clean and comfy, living area had a sofa bed with a futon that made watching the large TV's enjoyable. Also had a large desk with wired Internet service. Love the full kitchen with large microwave, stove and even a dishwasher! The tub bottom was non-slip and had hand holds. The sound proofing was excellent and the hallways are well lit. Nice breakfast room with good meals. There is an covered outdoor veranda with gas grills and even a fire pit! Large indoor pool is clean. Top shelf in our book! [Less]
Can't be beat

no need to look else where. Staybridge Suites rocks. With the price you pay, best place I've stayed. This was my second stay at this location and I will come back every time. [Less]
