I arrived here unexpectedly when my father became ill in town, and I had to stay overnight in the hospital. I called to see if I could check in early because I had been up over 24 hours, and the
morning staff was very accommodating, working with housekeeping to get my room ready hours in advance so I could check in early.
I didn't know how long I'd be in town, but the staff was always great and ready to work with me while I extended my stay. When my father finally passed away 4 days later, they were all kind without being condescending, and were able to work with me to make my stay not destroy my budget as I planned to stay longer to take care of my family in town. I was so unbelievably touched by how much they cared.
Yeah, okay, housekeeping comes early, like other reviews have said. Put a "privacy please" up and they leave you alone. If you talk to someone at the front desk, housekeeping WILL work on your schedule. After we started leaving around noon, housekeeping was ready to take care of our room the moment we were ready to leave. They were so polite, and the room was very clean and comfortable.
A very special thank you to Robert, the night manager, for being so awesome every night when we'd come in late after seeing our family. He made this place feel like home these last two weeks. And thank you to Crystal for helping us stay within budget and for being so kind.
Everyone here has been great. We will absolutely come back every time we visit family in Sweetwater. [Less]
