This was my favorite hotel I've ever stayed in that wasn't a resort, and I travel a lot. My first impression was excellent with the friendly Valet who was genuinely welcoming and helpful with my
bags. Check-in was great as well and I was greeted with a smiling face and offered help with anything I needed to assure a pleasant stay in the city.
The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and immaculate. What more could be said there. I felt more like I was in an apartment than in a hotel room, and the view of the city was a nice bonus. When my friend and I left for an outing, the same lady who checked us in was helpful with directions and recommendations, and use of the business area for printing our dinner tickets.
The location was perfect with so much to do within walking distance, and easy access back to the interstate upon departure. My only regret was that we couldn't stay longer. I hope to return again to Nashville soon, and I wouldn't consider staying at any other hotel.
I have no complaints, but as far as constructive criticism goes, the Valet upon exiting could have been more attentive. He brought my car around and disappeared without helping with my bags, and I had to get out of the car and move the "valet parking" sign so I could get my car out. Also there was some sort of milky substance all over the windshield and driver's side of the car that wouldn't come off with the windshield washers, and made it difficult to see until I had a chance to go elsewhere and scrub it off. I'm sure if I had asked, someone at the hotel would have taken care of it for me. [Less]
