Feel like we are at home!

We prefer the ease of staying at the Candlewood Suites because when we are in Dallas we are visiting family and need the ease of going in and out, keeping other routines similar to those at home. We[More] appreciate being able to change towels and get needed personal items without having the intrusion of a constant cleaning by others. The rooms are comfortable, and the Internet and TV is appreciated. We will continue to stay there often.[Less]
The one big downside to this hotel is that they do not have a pool:([Less]

Excellent and convenient to Airport. Staff willing to talk about any problems regarding your stay and willing to work out a compromise to satisfy customer. Only real issue is to be VERY SURE YOU[More] UNDERSTAND EXACTLY WHERE TO BE PICKED UP by HI SHUTTLE AT THE AIRPORT FOR YOUR RETURN TO HOTEL!!! Staff was not clear and never realized that the reason we were not ever picked up (waited 1.75 hours in middle of night in 90 degree humid heat) was because "GREEN" sounds like "GREY" in noisy airport and to be in the LOWEST LEVEL for pick up, Not just the passenger pick-up and taxi area - as the signs in airport indicate![Less]

The young lady that checked me in was awesome. I would visit again just because of her. She treated myself and coworker like we were VIP.
I don't give 10's... the 6 on the appearance is due to[More] the maintenance the facility is going through. THAT CANT BE HELPED, your staff is doing the best they can to divert attn. away from this.
Lastly, ditch the vending machine by the elevator. Possibly have a small area where your front desk staff assists with sales. (Just my opinion)[Less]
