I stayed one night while visiting Virginia Tech. The hotel is very short drive from campus, and there are many inexpensive dining options options nearby.
The room was comfortable and very clean,
with plenty of room to spread out. The only problem was that the shower curtain didn't do a good job of keeping water from spilling onto the floor. I only used the shower once though, so it wasn't a big problem for me.
The fitness room had one treadmill, one elliptical machine, one stationary bike, hand weights, and some other assorted equipment (e.g., bosu, resistance bands). It's not bad unless two people want to use a particular machine at the same time. Breakfast was plentiful and included some reasonably healthy options. [Less]
