We could only be at the Holiday Inn Vail for two nights because our flight were canceled, therefore we lost one night.
They give us nice welcome and upgrade our room to a two stories Condo.
people at the front desk was really nice, on our arrival day -in the evening- we loose the bus to Loinshead and the guy at the front desk took another vehicle to take us to Lionshead. That helped us to be there before 7:00 pm to rent our sky-gear and be ready for a full day of skiing at the next day
I have only seen that kind of service at a very luxury hotels
