Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the new Workout concept Hotel Loved the workout bands, bar and ball in room. Accompanied by the 10 min workout on TV. The room was very clean. I loved the sleek modern theme. And most of all the beds were very comfortable! January 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Almost great! Great room, great staff, great fitness arrangement (both in room and in fitness center.) Two items detract. No free coffee nor in room coffee maker. A major issue for me. The second one is the lack of free breakfast. I knew about that when I booked, but if those two items were in place, I would ALWAYS stay at the EVEN when in town. Many good, interesting features at this newly opened property especially the focus on healthy and good quality, organic food, fitness including fitness stuff in the room were very positive. Nice, helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and organic linen, towels. Nice room, but a little on the small side. Good, healthy breakfast options. January 9, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Cold, dark rooms with slow internet The rooms have no overhead lighting and are incredlby cold at night. They have the cheapest Amana HVAC units with a fan that is fixed directly at the bed. The fan blows over you all night and is loud making sleep impossible. The Amana unit was unable to keep the room sufficiently warm at night even with an extra blanket. The internet was horribly slow - around 2 Mbit. The US government defines broadband as 4 Mbit for reference. The outlets are inconveniently placed and I had to unplug hotel devices to get enough. There is no complimentary in-room coffee or tea; you have to buy it at the restaurant. The one bright spot is the staff who were very accommodating even though the problems of this hotel are beyond something they can help you with. The rooms need a top to bottom redesign. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not My Style This hotel seems focused on wellness and healthy living. (i.e. daily fitness workouts, organic health food, etc...). If this is your cup of tea... then you'll probably enjoy your stay. If not, then you may be disappointed. January 1, 2015
