The staff was fantastic and the facility still smells new. I will stay here anytime I am in the area.

We happened to have been checking in at the same time as their grand opening ceremony and feel victim to poor service and poor communication due to the media circus and other events that took up the entire parking lot and lobby. (We had talked to staff earlier that day and were never told this event was going on at check-in time!) For this reason we were forced to valet our car for the event. At check-in we were informed that we had a room with 2 beds which is not what I booked online. We were quickly switched to a king bed room which is what I booked on their site, but did not tell the staff what it was, so how did they know? We needed something from our car for a business meeting within the hour and it 45 minutes to get the valets to bring it to us. When we returned that night and picked up our car keys, we went to check on the car and found it totally unlocked. Not cool valets! The ice machine wasn't working properly and the water dispenser was insanely slow. There were also some loud obnoxious drunk guests on our floor who had to much to drink of the hotel's free bar for the grand opening. The room was clean and the bed slept great.

The cost is too high with no free breakfast. The food offerings were healthy but too expensive.
