Featured Brussels Hotels

We have seven Brussels family hotels at various locations in the city. These include central hotels as well as accommodation close to the airport. Some of our hotels are even pet friendly, so you really can bring the whole family along!

Brussels is a major EU hub, but it's also a big hit with tourists thanks to its many landmarks and attractions.

The Grand-Place, for example, dates back to the 10th Century. This is a UNESCO World Heritage site and a beautiful place to enjoy a walk.

With almost 60 museums to choose from, there's something for the whole family. Try the Museum of Natural Sciences, for example. The Musical Instruments Museum is fascinating and Sciencetastic Museum is a hit with children.

When the weather's good, get out with the family to the Sonian Forest. The 4,421 hectare forest is great for a brisk walk, a bike ride of a quick kick around.

For the ultimate indulgence, head for Boulevard de Waterloo, where boutiques and designer brands entice you to treat yourself. Rue Neuve, on the other hand, is home to the City2 Mall, with more mainstream brands and hundreds of places to shop.

Football fans have choices too. Head to the Edmond Machtens Stadium or take a short trip to nearby Anderlecht's Constant Vanden Stock Stadium to watch some live action.

Getting to Brussels is incredibly simple. As a key European hub, there are flights direct from all over the UK. It's also well connected by train to many other major European cities, so you can fly, take the ferry and train or even drive here.

Stay at one of our Brussels family hotels and let us put you up right in the heart of the action.

All good but slow service

Nice upgrade to the bar/restaurant but staff seemed unclear on what and when to do [Less]
need to improve the automatic check-in desk
By balage
Upon arrival one of the terminals did not work (a room key was stuck inside). The other terminal provided a key that would not open the room door. The staff on duty was helpful to provide a second [More] key. Upon checkout the terminal did not recognize my reservation. The staff on duty tried to do something, still did not work. Although normally I prefer automatic checkins / checkouts, but here there's still lot to do, otherwise the staff on duty will burn out :) I spent two nights, and on the second night the WIFI did not work in the room. The staff on duty was aware of the problem but they could not fix it during the whole evening. Otherwise usually a highly commended hotel, although a bit overpriced. [Less]
I wish ALL Holiday Inns was like this...

You walk into the lobby and it is like you have stepped into a very high end conference facility. You check yourself in using a really cool high-tech check in and key touch screen. Don't worry, if [More] you cannot remember the reservation number, you can simply type the first three letters of your name and the machine will look it up for you. You get your key and you go to your room to check it out. The elevator and the hallways are quiet, even though you know that others are already enjoying their rooms. The room layout is similar to other Holiday Inns -- comfortable and familiar. Your television has some 50 channels -- something for everyone. I love news and there were nine (I counted them all) different news sources from around the world to view. I could watch a movie, watch cartoons, and watch native-language shows. The one thing I would add is the ability for me to "beam" my laptop or tablet to the screen. I would have loved to be able to watch the shows I brought with me over the large television screen in the room. The Wi-Fi is EXCELLENT and no frills but provide as fast as a signal as possible -- in my room, the lobby area, the restrurant area -- even in the parking lot. This is the place you want to stay at when in Brussels. I came here on business for the most part, but there is plenty to see and do around town and I was able to do so safely and without a rental car. [Less]
A welcome pied-a-terre in 't Stad
By Franc-o
I always book the Crowne Plaza when speding time in Antwerp for business. Breakfast is very good, the dinner/bar facilities work well - except the waiting time for food to be ready leaves some room [More] for improvement as I waited abut one hour for the food to be ready and served. Drinks came way quicker than the food. The hotel is located really close to the motorway passing through Antwerp, but the noise level inside the room is kept well low thanks to very good soundproofing. Sleep quality is at a premium, the rooms are tidy and clean although rather small compared to other hotels that charge the same amount of money. [Less]

High tower, well located

The check-in queue was a bit long upon arrival but the two clerks were efficient and nice. The room is to the standards of the Crowne brand. Breakfast was great. [Less]
Last minute stopover - expensive but nice
By bfg_hightower
Stayed over on my between locations at Brussels airport. Shuttle bus was ready when I arrived after 11pm without any prior booking, but was slightly difficult to find. Room was expensive considering [More] no breakfast included in rate. Very comfortable bed, and work space. [Less]
Always a great welcome back

I use this hotel frequently when on business. As a lone female traveller, I value the fact that I feel secure and comfortable here. Staff remember me, know what I like to drink, where I like to sit [More] and what my interests are...all makes for a relaxing visit. [Less]
