Featured Berlin Hotels

Germany's capital is one of Europe's top destinations for people looking to get away for a city break with loved ones. With a stay at one of our Berlin family hotels you will certainly not be far from the city's many tourist attractions.

Berlin is located in Germany's North-East surrounded by the former states of the old soviet-era GDR. The effects of war and partition are evident throughout the nation's capital with remnants of the Berlin wall still standing. The fall of the wall in 1989 saw the beginning of the reunification of the Germany we know today.

As well as the remaining pieces of the wall, which can be seen all over the city, take time to head to the top of the Fernsehturm (TV tower) where you will have stunning views of the city. For the sheer wow-factor the iconic Brandenburg Gate is hard to beat. Don't miss out on the chance to see how striking it is at night either.

Berlin's museum island is the place to start if you're after some culture, where you will find the "Old Museum" and "Pergamon Museum" amongst others. The Jewish museum and the Holocaust memorial are both important ports of call for any Berlin visitor. For a real, yet shocking and somewhat upsetting, depiction of the cruelty of World War Two, Topography of Terror is worth a visit but it is certainly not for the faint-hearted.

There are hundreds of places to eat and drink in the city. From the bars and restaurants of Potsdamer Platz the central Alexanderplatz to the trendier areas of Kreuzberg and Prenzlauer Berg you will find great food and great entertainment whatever you are looking for.

With one of Europe's best suburban, national and international railways, 2 airports and great road links, Berlin is incredibly easy to get to and navigate around.

No matter what your reasons for visiting one of Europe's finest cities, you will complement your stay perfectly by a night or two in one of our Berlin family hotels.

A nice hotel close to transport and the sights
By Woody 716
We arrived too early for check in, but staff happily stored our luggage whilst we went out sight seeing. Check-in was quick and efficient.. All staff we met were friendly and helpful. room a bit on [More] the small size - but adequate for the duration of our stay. Room was spotlessly clean as was bathroom. Only real issue was the temperature of the room. It was too hot we couldn't switch the A/C to cooling mode. Had to open the window which was ok during the evening, but had to be closed at night due to outside noise. There seemed to be only one English channel on the TV, which was a news channel - something I don't really want to watch when I'm on holiday. The room was quiet there was no noise from the corridors. Breakfast was standard continental fare. Which was adequate. The breakfast room does get very busy for most of the time it is open. Therefore we skipped it bought something on the underground, rather than wait to be served have food/drink supplies renewed. The bar had a good selection of drinks, but ran out of draught beer one night (The barman gave us large bottled beer of the same brand for the price of small bottles - very good) The next night, all except 2 of the large beer glasses had gone missing (They came back the next day - up in peoples rooms???) That said the barmen was excellent and very attentive. He did get called away to help check in guests, which wasn't too much of a problem. Check-out was easy the taxi we requested arrived within 2 minutes - amazing. [Less]

Great location, beautiful tiny rooms but they are so pretty that you don't care how small they are. I would love to make my room colder, besides that i loved the hotel. [Less]

New, clean and quiet. Decent mattress and bathroom, rooms a a little bit small and pillows not that great. Overall a decent hotel very close to Alexander Platz [Less]
Gluten Free

I am gluten intolerant and would have liked some gluten free bread and porridge. I usually sick to fruit but it can get a bit boring everyday. [Less]
Great Hotel
By Sanjivbanerjee
Overall a great hotel to be staying at. Conveniently located, close to the Alexanderplatz Train Station. Variety of dining options within the hotel and in close proximity to the hotel. Peaceful [More] location, great front desk and housekeeping staff. Value for money. [Less]
