I liked the Hotel, the room.
But my experience could have been perfect if at the Front Desk during my check in, the person who received me had been more genuine and worried for my needs:
- he asked,
"how was your trip?" Which I thought he was genuinely asking, then I said "woow, it was raining horrible"... And he was like ignoring me... I'd have prefered he not asking then.
- I'm really careful with my car, and I parked in the main entrance in the parking lot you have in there, but I felt even when it's almost closed, I felt it was not the best place, and I thought you might have another parking lot where I could feel more comfortable, then I asked him if the Parking Lot had Cameras or if there was another parking, p.e. Behind? And he replied without interest, your car is fine there... So the next day my car was perfect, I was going out of the Parking and I can't believe the exit ends like in a sidewalk, then I hit my car's belly!!! =) I was so upset, and when I was leaving the Hotel premisses I saw a Parking Lot in the bassement where I could have felt better since the night before, and I might have avoided the hit of my car...
Please fix the exit of the Parking Lot!!! And for the staff... Maybe the man at the front desk was tired, it was 12:30 at night!
Even with all this, I recommend this Hotel [Less]
