We stayed at this hotel just one night during a long layover in Madrid. We wanted something in between the airport and the city center. We did however have to take and train and then transfer to a
bus to commute to the hotel.
The staff was very friendly. They provided us with a complimentary upgrade to a suite. We appreciated the extra space to spread out after a long day of traveling. The furniture and carpet were very dated, but I thought that made it kind of charming. It seemed like there were some decent restaurants in the surrounding area. I liked the view from the room.
I really enjoyed watching the Japanese news channel in the morning. However breakfast was not included, maybe they just don't eat breakfast?
Overall this hotel did the trick. [Less]
