Featured Aylesbury Hotels

Book a stay at our Holiday Inn® Aylesbury hotels and discover the thriving modern pulse of this historic market town and country seat of Buckinghamshire. Within minutes you will be admiring palatial manor homes or exploring a network of mysterious underground tunnels and alcoves.

Settle into our hotels in Aylesbury and start exploring Buckinghamshire's variety of historic attractions. Just minutes away is West Wycombe Park, the famous former home of the libertine Sir Francis Dashwood. In addition to the magnificent Palladian manor, the grounds contain the hand-carved Hellfire Caves, which were built in the 1740s as an atmospheric clubhouse for Dashwood and his high-profile friends, including Benjamin Franklin. To the west of our Aylesbury hotels is the neo-Renaissance grandiosity of Waddesdon Manor. Built on a bluff overlooking the surrounding countryside, the ornate towers and highly landscaped grounds at Waddesdon were modeled after the grand chateaux of France. Waddeson is the National Trust's second-most visited property.

Stay in our Aylesbury hotels and be close to the Waterside Theatre, in the compact center of town, where most of the town's restaurants and pubs are also located. Outside of Aylesbury, head out on the Roald Dahl Trail to visit sites where the famous children's author lived and worked, and some that were featured in his unique tales. All over the region you'll find welcoming pubs in which to warm yourself after a chilly stroll or sun-filled beer gardens to relax in during balmy summer days.

Book a room in our Holiday Inn Aylesbury hotels in July for the Roald Dahl Festival, when a parade of Dahl characters marches in the Aylesbury town center, or around Christmas, when Waddeston Manor takes on a festive look with brightly illuminated Christmas trees.

Good location Great Service
By Andy1097
The hotel is in an excellant location. and easy to find.We received a warm welcome , check in was efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. the public areas are clean and modern , well set out [More] and although the hotel was busy we had sufficient space to converse without infringing on others privacy. The barstaff were very polite . as was the staff seving breakfast, the prices are fair. The breakfast is good quality and value for money. I will definately stay here when next in the area. [Less]

Loved the upgrade
By Anned61
I stay at High Wycombe regularly and always find the staff welcoming and accommodating. I had an upgrade on my last visit, which was really great, however I did have an issue with the water spilling [More] onto the floor in the bathroom whilst having a shower. I made sure the curtain was inside the bath but the water runs down the shower flex hose and runs off behind the taps, which I could not prevent so ended up with the floor flooded. Other than that - my stay was brilliant as usual. [Less]
Comfortable, clean and very close to place of work
By Dancingmama
Overall good service, OK food and friendly staff in all áreas. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I would have liked if mini bar was working and if TV had more channels to choose from. [Less]

My partner and i stayed overnight whilst visiting the area, we were made to feel relaxed and welcome from the moment we arrived. The room, restaurant and spa facilities were excellent.. Would highly [More] recommend this hotel and will go out of my way to locate a Holiday Inn at other locations in the future. [Less]
My second home!
By Jade3
I always have a pleasant experience at the Holiday Inn Hemel . I find the staff are always helpful and accommodating . My only feedback would be , the internet is unreliable , and the food quality [More] always depends on what chef is in work . Happy to discuss further if needs be. [Less]
Great value and great comfort
By Bball games
A perfect location minutes from Luton Airport. The bus to the train station is outside the hotel and within minutes one is able to take a connecting train to St. Pancras and central London. Great [More] value for a very clean room. Breakfast was included and offered a good choice of food. [Less]
Comfortable and convenient

Great stay, just very disappointed hot breakfast wasn't served at 4am, as this was the very reason I booked this hotel! [Less]
Decent airport hotel
By JPS2013
This hotel is good value, given the options in the area. HIE Luton Airport isn't the world's fanciest hotel, but comfort, cleanliness and service are at par for the going rate. As a frequent guest [More] of this hotel, I'm generally pleased with its facilities and staff. However, the breakfast options are poor. Except for the fresh croissants, there is little to excite the guest: instant-scrambled-eggs and sausages, white bread only, and a very limited range of sandwich fillings. I'd be well pleased to see some healthier options (wholegrain bread, nuts, and a wider selection of fresh, ripe fruits). [Less]
