We ordered 3 teas in the lounge area which cost the best part of £7.00 - we didn't think it was bad value for money but changed our minds when it arrived, there was only one teabag in a teapot that
just had enough water in for one small cup of tea each and no extra hot water. When we complained to the server he did bring us another pot no problem but the issue could have been easily avoided for just the cost of another teabag and a pot of hot water - seems a bit daft as I'm sure we are not the first to have to ask.
We were quite late down for breakfast, the dining room had obviously been busy and was therefore a bit of a mess, we could not find a clean table. At that time there appeared to be only one member of staff in the dining room who was trying to replenish the food counter whilst also trying to clear the tables. On the plus side we asked him to wipe a table for us so we could sit down, which he did immediately whilst giving the impression that nothing would be too much trouble. [Less]
