An excellent hotel in an really convenient location.[Less]
Good hotel let down by average breakfast experience
Lovely hotel with nice rooms and staff.
However each morning we had to queue up to 15 minutes to be seated at breakfast. The breakfast restaurant was clearly understaffed as there were many tables[More] free, but there were not enough staff to ready the tables for the next sitting.
After paying between £14 and 20 pounds per person for breakfast, this shouldnt really happen.[Less]

This was our third stay at the Hotel and we loved it. The hotel is situated right opposite Blackfriars Tube Station but you can easily walk to St Paul`s, Covent Garden or Westminster so the location[More] is excellent. Rooms are really nice and staff always very friendly.[Less]
Overal stay was very pleasant. Before arrival I got confused by various different information about internet and internet charges as somewhere on web site mentioned for free somewhere mention at a[More] daily fee. I wrote to the hotel and get a reply the same day. Upon check in I had to remind ourselves to the front desk as the room was not ready yet, which was fine. However we were seated and asked for waiting for answer about either room or when it was ready, which did not come. During peak breakfast time it was dificult to dine on one own. When I was in a long and slow buffet line to get some more food and drink, the cleaning lady completely cleaned my unfinished items from the table and table got occupied by other people. I was sorry for the untouched food rather about occupied seat. Some tables were cleaned and left wet, which did not look appealing to dine.[Less]
Service at reception was excellent - friendly and helpful.[Less]
Stayed here for a week and it was well worth it. Walking distance to 3 Underground stations. Also a nice walk to Warr Harley Davidson.
While the breakfast choices may be limited to some guests[More] standards I didn't find this to be so as I had sufficient choices to suit me.
Staff was excellent. Room was clean and housekeeping did a great job daily which was also checked by a supervisor.
GM shows he does care strongly about customer service and satisfaction and it reflects in the employees attitudes.
Having stayed in several other hotels nearby (Kensington)
I found this Holiday Inn to be far better than they were and for less cost.
Unless future plans dictate otherwise, this is where I'll stay when I return to the UK.[Less]
We had a three night stay at this Holiday Inn and it exceeded our expectations in every way. The room was very modern, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. The staff were excellent.[Less]
Comfy and safe
Really enjoyed the hotel, It was exactly where I needed to be. Breakfast could have been a little better but overall the stay was excellent for its needs.[Less]
Great modern hotel
It's a great modern hotel. All the rooms are well appointed and comfortable.
Staff are always friendly and helpful.
Not tried evening meals but lots of places to eat nearby from the very cheap curry[More] cafés, to upmarket Turkish (the excellent Efes diagonally opposite) and of course MacDonald's (24hrs - great for a late arrival)
If you fancy a brisk walk, you can be in Whitechapel in 5 mins and Brick Lane in about 10 mins (or £5 in a black cab) Plenty of choice there![Less]
