Whilst I like Holiday Inns I find that the people paid to design are always lacking. Mobility issues need to be addressed in standard rooms not just the few accessible rooms. Grab handles in the
shower to aid getting in and out, towel rail in the shower room and hanging point by the shower. Room 323 also had plaster coming from the shower room ceiling.
The breakfast fare was nowhere near hot enough, in fact virtually cold due to ineffective warmers.
For the most part the staff were great but there needs to be training at the Bar. When waiting you should not be ignored until being served, a " sorry to keep you" acknowledgement makes all the difference. A lift out of service and not identified does not help, nor does no help with luggage. I make mention whist having had a good stay! Cannot correct if unaware!!! [Less]
