Excellent Customer Service
By chillyo70
We stayed on a recent trip to Disneyland and didn't know if there would be an issue with having a late to next day (technically) check-in so I called and spoke to Akul who insured me that our room [More] would be held and not to worry. That stress was lifted off our shoulders and we had a great trip. On the flip side, we do have a big family and the amount of towels did not accommodate our needs without having to call for additional. Though, that's not such a big deal, because the rooms are supplied with a standard amount of supplies but perhaps consideration should be taken to prevent these types of situations. Overall experience was excellent! [Less]

Best choice in Burbank
By AndrewAndDebbie
We stayed here for four days while visiting family. Hotel was clean and in good repair. Our standard room was large and the bed was comfortable. Our room was quiet and we both slept well. We [More] are familiar with the area and picked this hotel for the Location. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Overall the hotel itself is plain and perhaps a bit dated. Nothing special but also absolutely nothing wrong with it. Cost/Value: Los Angeles and Burbank have gotten expensive. The room price we paid was in-line with nearby hotels but seemed very high to us. LA/Burbank is now more expensive than London! Yikes! On the plus side, guest parking is free. Many hotels charge $20+ a day for guest parking. Parking included in the room price was appreciated. The hotel breakfast was a pleasant surprise. By hotel standards, prices were very reasonable and we were served one of the best breakfasts of the trip too! I was going to give the hotel 2 stars for value, but free parking and reasonable prices for food raised it to 3 stars. The fitness room is also in good repair but a bit small for a hotel this size. A couple of mornings all of the machines were in use, so I went for a run instead. The machines in the coin laundry looked new and did a good job with our clothes. [Less]
Reasonable value hotel in good location
By colliy
Stayed here with family for 2 nights, the location for access to tourist sites was good, the quality of accommodation good, plenty of parking (free) and there are plenty of food and drink options as [More] it's right by the center of Burbank. The pool was cold, wifi in our corner room poor, but the guest laundry had plenty of machines, which was useful for our touring vacation. [Less]
Frustration of sitting at numerous traffic street lights
By Murphy2012
Navigating through LA street traffic can be a nightmare. LA streets are some of the most busiest and congested. When visiting LA, you should google and get familiar with its freeway on-ramps. I love [More] this hotel and it's approximate vicinity to the San Diego Freeway. When you exit the hotels parking structure on the Beloit Avenue side, it's like having your own private entrance way to the 405 freeway. As you exit Beloit to the right, you bypass all the frustrated commuters to your left, waiting in long lines to enter that same freeway. [Less]
College Visit with the Family
By Seahorse123
This hotel is in a great location to UCLA and Santa Monica, approximately half way between both locations. I felt safe and easy access to the freeway. We will stay here again. Thank you for a great [More] weekend! [Less]
Overall Nice place to stay
By Mr Wine
Nice place to stay - rooms need updating which they are doing and I'm hoping to see some upgrades to the breakfast selections in the near future. [Less]
