I have stayed here many times and the location cannot be faulted if you don't need easy access to either Leeds or Bradford other than by driving yourself. As a place to relax while doing business in
either city I doubt it can be beaten.
Two things let the hotel down.. the in room Internet (whether an IHG member or not) is of the old fashioned variety where you pay through the nose for decent speed. This is a Holiday Inn policy that I have recently seen some signs of them abandoning but in Leeds/Bradford it is firmly in place and the free service is abysmally slow.
Secondly, the catering operation is understaffed and probably relies too much on tick boxes and bought in ready meals. The local pub is excellent for evening meals and lunches but you can't escape Breakfast!! [Less]
