Minutes to the Auto Mall for service and shopping mall.
By youchoose
Needed to travel 2 1/2 hours for dealer service on our car. Made a little get away out of it. Chose Rocklin Staybridge due to it's proximity to both shopping and the auto mall. Very good choice. Auto [More] dealer even gave us an overnight free loaner car. Will do this again when required. [Less]
Excellent hotel in Roseville area
By fbonfis
Great hotel, clean, attentive staff, appreciated the social complimentary dinner on Mon-Tue-Wed. If you have never been there and your GPS drives you at the Blue Oaks mall and you cannot see the [More] hotel, then just go behind the shops. The signs to reach the hotel could be improved. I recommend this hotel. [Less]
Great value for nice hotel
By Hetron
Passed through Sacramento. Needed a place to stay for the night. Was delighted to get a Crown Plaza hotel for a very reasonable price. Was very pleased with the helpfulness of the staff, the room was [More] very nicely updated. The lounge was fun, and the food was good. Our stay was only a few hours long, but we'd stay there again next time we pass through. [Less]

Out-of-town guest, service was the best!
By Eneisha2016
I wasn't familiar with the area, but that wasn't an issue much. I was invited to the conversation by the restaurant staff. They talked about being newly married and how life changed their views on [More] politics. I felt welcomed.I visited because my husband was out on business and he wanted me to drive with him because it was 7 hours from us. The check-in was quick and painless. I feel in love with the French toast, I had to have it twice. I would definitely recommend a stay. [Less]

A Top-Notch Staff Makes This Staybridge A Real Winner!
By TahoeCityTaylor
My daughter and I spent a two-night stay at this nearly-new facility while she recovered from post-op surgery. What a wonderful, accommodating group of people! Out of professional kindness, they went [More] out of their way to help my daughter (locating the loaner wheelchair from another guest and bringing it to my car so I could transport her to our room then returning the wheelchair to the other guest/ preparing a special evening meal for my daughter to consume in-room/ when outdoor maintenance crew saw me assisting my daughter from the car into the back entrance, he quickly left his work to scan and open the backdoor for us...). Very kind, helpful and professional staff running a clean, fresh, pleasant facility. [Less]
better than the average bear, but not the food
By pwood51
The place sparkles, it's clean, beds are heavenly if a bit tall and hard to get into. The kitchen is awesome except in the lowered-table handicapped accessible room where there is no counter space [More] except the dining penninsula. They only provide 2 kitchen chairs, even in the 6 person unit!!! The pool and spa are the perfect temperatures and you can hardly smell the pool chlorine. But no clock in the pool area. Also, the breakfast feels minimal. The meat is over heated, the eggs cold and there is very little variety in the hot foods. I am used to potatoes, eggs, and at least one meat on the weekdays, and sausages/sausage gravy and biscuits on Sunday as well as eggs and potatoes. The oatmeal was delicious. The fruit was great on Saturday and barely there on Sunday. It was my birthday and I was disappointed. [Less]
