Brachiosaurus, stegosaurus and allosaurus are among the prehistoric reptiles represented, with displays of real bones and robots that bellow and spit. Step inside a simulator to experience an earthquake, and register in advance to dig for bones.

Sample the local fruits of this fertile valley at the area's many vineyards and orchards. Pick up a wine tour map from our hotels in Grand Junction to savor merlot and chardonnay vintages at picturesque wineries in Colorado wine country. Back downtown, more than 100 sculptures occupy leafy sidewalks leading past boutiques, galleries and restaurants near our Grand Junction hotels. Here you can refuel on plump burritos or saucy calzones as you sip a refreshing pint of local ale. Main Street comes alive on warm summer evenings, when live music streams out of clubs and bars.

Visit our Holiday Inn Grand Junction hotels to mountain-bike the challenging Kokopelli Trail, stretching from Grand Junction to Moab, Utah. Come in August to savor juicy, fresh-picked peaches.

This is a nice place
By Leen Leen
The only complaint I have is the bathroom lighting. It is way too dim. Otherwise, the place is great!! [Less]

I have no complaints except for our breakfast, which was far below Holiday Inn standards. Our hash browns were the worst we've ever had. They tasted freezer-burnt; however, the waitress said it was [More] because they were left on the grill too long. Whatever the reason, they were over cooked and tasteless. The remainder of our meals were just so-so. My only other concern, was whether or not I received my bonus points. At check-in, I was not offered anything nor recognized as a Rewards Member. Upon check-out, I discussed this with the front desk clerk, who promised to update my account with the bonus points. To date, I've not receive any notification that those points were actually added to my account. [Less]
Great service

Nice hotel. Close to airport and highway. Great friendly staff. [Less]
Perfect for longer stays
By EWT15
A clean and comfortable hotel. For longer stays they don't come in and service the room unless you request it, which gave us the flexibility to be in our room whenever we wanted during the day. Staff [More] was courteous. [Less]
Nice place for short term stay
By Durvana
Beautifully kept newer hotel with great pet run and pet friendly policy. Would not choose this hotel for a longer term stay due to the following: 1) No breakfast or Manager's Reception at all 2) [More] Scratchy sheets and pillow cases 3) Could not get room cool - in November 4) Scratchy towels - Maybe they should check what kind of detergent is being used or perhaps a fabric softener is needed. 5) Extremely limited kitchen supplies and barely useable cooktop. For the same price I would stay at your sister long term stay hotel. [Less]
The place to stay for comfort.
By Tammy R.
The staff was helpful with anything that was needed. Definite recommendation to anyone who would like a pleasant stay. The amenities are exactly what you'll need if you've forgotten something. The [More] beds are very comfortable and the room is perfect if you need to sleep in a bit. The cupboard was full of great items for the spur of the moment snacks or the light meal while relaxing. The convenience of the free laundry facility is an added bonus. The location is perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. Great place for business or leisure, alone or with friends and family. Holiday stay - always good at these hotels
By murph6243
Only issue we had was comfort of the matresses as we prefer more plush type matresses - everything else was great [Less]
Great Hotel
By cologirl
The hotel is located close to the mall and several nice restaurants. We stayed the room with a extra bedroom which was nice because I like my room to be cooler that my daughter and granddaughter. We [More] have stayed here 3 years in a row and will continue to stay here when we come to Grand Junction again. Very nice hotel with a pool for the kids and a nice hot tub for the adults. [Less]
