Great Hotel and perfect location for seeing shows![Less]
Staff was great. Room comfortable. Easy access to Midtown.[Less]
By Source of payment
It is unreasonable to charge a $50 per day "incidentals" charge to the room before any "incidentals" were purchased. The room and tax was paid by a business card but individuals were responsible for[More] all else. So the $50 daily charge was placed in advance and the "system" was very slow in crediting the charges back to individual cards. That's neither professional nor acceptable.[Less]
My wife and I stayed here the night before departing on our honeymoon and found it incredibly relaxing. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. We both slept well and enjoyed the delicious[More] breakfast the next morning.[Less]

I love, love this hotel
By Rita Love
I travel frequently both business/personal usually staying in Buckhead when in Atlanta. I thought I'd try this new Hotel Indigo as a change and for new scenery. I was so pleasantly surprised by this[More] John Portman design. The staff was exceptional from the front door to the room. The room was such a surprise because I was expecting the boutique accommodations as the midtown location. Not--roomy and I loved everything about my room. I rarely sleep well on the road but this bed was past heavenly and I didn't want to check out. I plan on staying next month on both my trips. Cudo's to the design team and the folks who made my first impression one I've shared over and over again.[Less]
