Excellent staff
By great cutter
This hotel had good curb appeal. The staff was very friendly and personable. However the rooms seemed a little dated, given the overall appearance of the hotel. I would stay here again, as [More] everything was nice and clean. [Less]
Comfortable bed

My negativity on the review of staff was because of one individual ... not all. [Less]
Great Nights Sleep
By BoiNamedSue
Always sleep great at this hotel. Travel a lot for work and this is my favorite hotel off all of the places I stay. [Less]
Clean, up to date, ease of access to hwy
By jim_1963
I've stayed here a few times in the past year. Great staff. Nice rooms, I will stay here again. Good breakfast but nothing fancy. First time I needed to do laundry since I was there for an extended [More] period. The wash and dryer were $2 each and detergent was $1. I think use of the washer and dryer were double what they should be. [Less]
Great Value
By TwinSTL
This hotel had everything I was looking for, in comfort and needs. Breakfast was awesome. Staff manager was the most welcoming and attentive hotel manager I have ever met. All the staff were polite [More] and attentive, the very best that I have encountered in all my years of numerous hotel stays. The Keurig was a welcome coffee maker change! Only one teeny recommendation for improvement....the actual coffee from the k-cups could have been better. I would definitely return to this hotel for future KC visits. [Less]
Excellent night sleep
By WithroeWoman
We stopped in for the night as we passed through town. Easy check in. Excellent customer service, the staff goes far and beyond the call to make you comfortable. The room was large, clean and the [More] bed was heavenly. (So were the pillows). We will definitely stay there again. [Less]
Good place to stay
By cc1121
Great hotel and location, close to restaurants and shopping. Stayed there for a golf get together with friends from across the country. Only issue was that the bar was closed when we came back [More] from dinner at 9. We had planned to have drinks and conversation when we got to the hotel. [Less]
Nice room
By whatever3004
Nice quiet clean room, good location for what I needed, no problems. [Less]
Great Bed and Bedding
By Mick1969
The beds are excellent as are the sheets and pillows. One thing is that there is no free breakfast which I have become to expect. And $10 each for a buffet style breakfast that is free at most [More] other hotels including other Holiday Inns is a little steep, in my opinion. [Less]
