Great facility
By Coloneldad
Great facility that was very clean and hospitable. The staff was extremely helpful as my schedule changed due to a death in the family. I was able to adjust my visit without issue. I am never [More] disappointed in my visits to the Staybridge Suites. [Less]

Exceeded expectations!
By Celltechfamilyman
I normally stay in Holiday Inn Express or Candlewood but a coworker of mine was staying at this Stay Bridge and it was close to a few steakhouses so I said what the heck. Wow, am I glad I did. The [More] staff was excellent they matched my friends rate and set me up quickly. I was bummed at first because they put me in a room that was next to the elevator on the 1st floor. I was working 3rd shift so I just knew that during the day with all the traffic in the hallways would keep me awake. Well I was wrong. My room stayed nice and quiet and hall noise was minimal if I even noticed at all. The staff was very friendly especially the manager from Hawaii. The place was very well kept and cozy. When in the KC area this will be my place to stay. A+ [Less]
Recent visit to KC area and Crowne Plaza Hotel

The people were very friendly and anxious to be of assistance. The temporary road construction in the area does limit access a bit but will not hinder me returning to this location in the future. [Less]
We had a great time!
By LeonaC3po
Beautiful, spacious suite, fully equipped with 2 queen size sleep number beds! We were tucked away from the elevators. I sleep like a baby! We had frig to keep our wine and snacks chilled. The speed [More] on the internet was just like being at home. The breakfast was wonderful, however I missed the waffle station this stay. But, Ramon always takes such good care of me I forgot about the waffles! He is great! Please make waffles for me next visit! Smile [Less]
Wow!!! We had such an amazing time!!!

This is my favorite hotel yet! The manager Teddy is always helpful and bends over backwards to meet you expectations. His staff is very helpful and ready, willing and able to give you 5 star service. [More] Kim. Dee Dee and Ariana are an asset to the hotels front desk. The sleep number beds allow you to sleep like a baby! It was very quiet and peaceful. Our breakfast was devine. Ramon, the head waiter took wonderful care of us, as usual! However, I missed your homemade waffles station. I will be staying with you guys at least once or twice a month. Please make me waffles, smile! Thank you for taking good care of me, Leona [Less]

Great location and hotel
By tankcdrtim
Very conveniently located to Legends and everything around it and nice for long stays (I was there for three weeks). The staff was excellent and accommodating. My first night I realized that the [More] shower drain was clogged. I mentioned it to the front desk on the way out the next morning and when I got back that evening it had been fixed. I was a little worried when I first walked down the halls as it seemed dated, but was pleasantly surprised by the room when I walked in. My only complaint is that they only service the rooms once a week. Not a big deal except they don't even take the trash each day which is a pain with the small cans and nowhere convenient to dispose of the daily trash from cooking. [Less]
