Excellent Choice!

I was really surprised at how nice the hotel was in Laurel. [Less]
Great Hotel
By Ten Spot
Have stayed here twice so far. Great room (King) for business travel. Great nights sleep. Clean room. Close to shops and restaurants. Could have more choices for breakfast but then it is [More] continental so I usually eat elsewhere when I want a heartier breakfast. Excellent customer service though I had no issues needing to be resolved. [Less]
Overall great stay
By elbh309
Typical Holiday Inn Express experience. We enjoy staying in them because the service and quality are consistent, generally speaking. Only complaint was that the pool hours were awful. Only open 4-9 [More] or 5-10 each day. It would have been nice to actually be able to use the pool in the morning/afternoon. This hotel has a huge park behind it and they were having their 4th of July celebration the first evening we checked in. This was a BIG bonus and bit of a drawback. Big bonus being we got to enjoy the festivities. Drawback being noise late into the night and we had to be up at 5am the next day to catch a train to NYC out of Baltimore. Overall though thankful for a fun activity right next to the property. [Less]
Exceptional Stay
By sstephens15
The receptionist Crystal at the Greenbelt, MD location was very courteous and helpful. After traveling for 13 hours our room wasn't ready, after patienly waiting for a room she was kind enough to [More] make special accommodations for me and my family and for that I will be forever grateful. She welcomed our pet. The rooms were very spacios, the beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was friendly. The rooms and property were clean. [Less]
Home away from home
By Cozy hotel
The best way to describe a Staybridge hotel, is like a mini-home. You have a refrigerator, (improvement would be ice), a range, sink with garbage disposal, dishes, silverware, and a dishwasher. The [More] living room is cozy and comfortable, with a sofa and a large T.V. and a desk area. The bedroom is comfortable, with a Queen bed, with very comfortable sheets, and plenty of pillows. The bedroom also comes with a T.V.. The bathroom is accommodating. Which has a bathtub with cloth shower curtain. The toilet and shower is in one separate room with a door, and the sink is just outside of the bathroom door. The overall appearance of the hotel is clean. I have only one "minor" criticism. When checking in. Once the staff realize that you're a repeat guest. The company/hotel should develop perks to to keep customers coming back. Little things go a long way. That being said. It should be obvious that Staybridge is a very nice hotel to be a guest in. [Less]
Good Hotel
By 157Rocket
I enjoyed my stay here. The front desk was friendly when I checked in. Food was great. Very nice area if going to Washington, DC. Only issue I had was housekeeping. If it was my hotel, I would get a [More] new housekeeping team. [Less]

Great Place to Stay
By DFresh5509
The hotel was excellent ,the room was great! The only thing that I would improve would be the check in. The guy at the front desk seemed to have no personality. The restaurant has great food [More] and fair service. I'll explain a little later... I had the ribeye steak, It was prepared to just as I asked for it to be prepared and literally it was the best steak that I had on the road to date. The bartender/waitress, Joanne makes excellent drinks. But she seemed to be doing double duty as a waitress and bartender. There was a family reunion at the hotel for the time we were there , so there were a lot of people in and out of the restaurant and bar. So our food was delayed a bit but the wait was worth it because we enjoyed such great drinks! The should get the lady some help. Overall though very nice place to stay especially if you're staying over for a couple of nights . [Less]
