Featured Omaha Hotels

Stay at one of our Holiday Inn® hotels in Omaha, Nebraska, to discover a city of fine arts along the Missouri River. View life-like paintings of the untamed American West at the state's grandest art museum, then browse the working artists' studios at the Hot Shops Art Center.

Our hotels in Omaha make it easy to explore Nebraska's largest city. The extensive collection of American frontier art at the Joslyn Art Museum includes crisp Ansel Adams photographs and dramatic Thomas Moran landscape paintings. The museum frequently hosts concerts included in your admission cost. Families staying at our Omaha hotels love the gigantic Henry Doorly Zoo, with its cavernous underground bat caves, verdant rainforest and steamy swamp. Take the kids to the Omaha Children's Museum for hours of hands-on learning, from a fire rescue simulator to a paint- and clay-filled artist-in-residence studio.

Pop into open studios where artists forge silver jewelry, blow glass and cast bronze sculptures at the Hot Shops Art Center. You can pick up an original work of Omaha art from one of the 80 working artists represented here. Once Omaha's warehouse district, the Old Market reigns as the city's most popular shopping and dining destination. Just a short drive from our Omaha hotels, the district's red-brick warehouses now hold art galleries, kitschy antiques stores and cozy bookshops. Menus posted along the narrow, cobbled streets and passageways of Old Market advertise steakhouses, sushi bars and Italian eateries tucked behind arched brick windows. Settle into a sidewalk table at the Upstream Brewing Company, in an early-20th-century firehouse, to sample house-brewed ales and lagers.

Book our Holiday Inn hotels in Omaha in summer to join in the Joslyn Art Museum's Jazz on the Green concert series, or at Christmas to see the monumental crèche displays in Boys Town village.

It was a good stay all in all. Very good stay for the value. [Less]
Good value for the Money
By HoHo Man
Clean - friendly - good free breakfast that was continuously stocked, especially on a crowded Sat morning. I would recommend for a night or two, especially if travelling for business. [Less]
Clean and modern
By cheryl78
Location perfect for a show at the Century Link. Hotel is very nice. The hot tub wasn't very hot, and the elevators are ridiculously slow, but other than that is was a nice stay. [Less]
Great experience with one minor issue
By zackinblack
Great stay overall! Friendly and helpful staff. Had one issue with my card that demagnetized while I was out. I did not find out that it didn't work until I got to my room. Had to have the staff get [More] cards twice for me to get in. Someone should look into the technology that keeps doors locked and the cards that we use to open them. It should not have taken 3 tries for me to get into my room. [Less]
Friendly Service

The staff were great in meeting my requests. My room was clean and easy to find. Breakfast was good, but the dinner selection was limited to burgers, which were very greasy. [Less]
Good location and Quiet Area
By KanzaKruzer
This is the Holiday Inn Express we normally stay at while visiting Omaha. Easy highway access and only 5 minutes to downtown. Located off the interstate and in a quiet commercial neighborhood. Would [More] have preferred a non-handicapped room. TV did not function properly, but must have been reset overnight as it was fine the next morning. [Less]
great stop over

Great place to stay
By Bioratteach
I had 9 high school students with me as we came to visit the Zoo. The facilities were clean and everyone was very friendly. The billing for all 4 rooms was all on my room and I appreciated that, as I [More] took care of those responsibilities. The breakfast has a wide variety of items and there was something each of the students liked. The pool was well used by the students, also. The location near the zoo and main roads is perfect for us.
