Lovely Pillows
By Galah
Air con quite noisy. Quick elevators, great décor, downstairs staff were very helpful and friendly. Brilliant views from the 14th floor reception. Hotel Indigo was a very pleasant stay and I would [More] recommend to anyone, close to some great eateries and in a hip and funky part of Manhattan. [Less]
My first Indigo experience
By anonymouse9999
The room is new and spacious. Very quiet but the the curtains didn't close completely. The rooftop lounge has become a popular neighbourhood bar. The area is lots of fun. Stay here if you want to [More] feel a bit of the old New York grit but love the feel of luxury [Less]

Comfortable bed and good service
By Narsiac
Pros: My family stayed for one night in a room with two queen beds. It was clean and nice, especially, my wife and daughter liked the bed sheets so much since it didn't cause itch happened in other [More] hotels. I guess it is because of detergent used as they are kind of sensitive to the chemicals. Although the front desk staff simly refused to my need, a manager took care of it very friendly in the next morning. I appreciate it. Cons: The air conditioning unit needs to be replaced. It cause so much noice when it blew air, woke me up several times. Overall: It was a nice hotel, could have beed better if there was no problem with air conditioning unit. [Less]
Great view of NYC and nice rooms
By BD329
Enjoyed a quick trip to NYC and stayed in Queens and enjoyed a great view of Manhattan. Check in process was smooth and we were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Room was really nice and [More] comfortable. We drove to the hotel and found out that they did not have any parking spots and we would have to park on the street or go to a parking lot (we were given directions). There was no mention on the hotel website about limited parking at the hotel and there is no way to reserve a parking space. Also the wireless connection in our room was terrible. I could not sit at the desk and connect to the wireless. I had to sit by the bathroom to connect. Plus once I was connected, the speed of the connection was terrible. This needs to be addressed. I know the slots are limited but [More] upon check in its never offered. I would also like to see a better happy hour . I alway end up going to the bodega across the street for drinks. [Less]
