Featured Fayetteville Hotels

Stay at our hotels in Fayetteville, North Carolina, to explore this 18th-century Scottish settlement and sprawling 21st-century military center, home to Fort Bragg and Pope Air Force Base. In no time you'll be enjoying the balmy climate and lush gardens of this Coastal Plains city.

Our Fayetteville hotels are close to the free attractions at the Museum of the Cape Fear Historical Complex, a collection of artifacts and structures tracing the region's history. Look for rough-hewn Indian arrowheads and antebellum dolls inside the museum. Included in the complex are the remains of the Fayetteville Arsenal-destroyed during the Union Army's 1865 March to the Sea. Nearby is Poe House, a restored 1897 frame house with homey Victorian touches inside and out. Our hotels in Fayetteville are also close to the Airborne & Special Operations Museum, where free exhibits trace the history of the country's airborne troops and special operations forces. Stroll stone walkways past scented magnolias in the museum's Reflection Gardens. Take the family to the Fascinate-U Children's Museum, where kids can shop at the Gro-Right Grocery or run their own courtrooms in a kid-sized town.

Guests at our Fayetteville hotels can relax in the grounds of the 72-acre Cape Fear Botanical Gardens. Set on the bluffs of the Cape Fear river, the gardens have woodlands trails dotted with azaleas and a Heritage Garden with a restored farmhouse. Browse downtown's Maxwell Street for gifts, original art and antiques. Our hotels in Fayetteville are also close to local dining institutions like Cape Fear BBQ, where you can sample pulled-pork sandwiches and fried chicken.

Book your room in our Holiday Inn® Fayetteville hotels for year-round festivities. Celebrate the annual Dogwood Festival each spring, or the free concerts in Festival Park on the third Thursday of each month, May through October.

Great Restaurants Nearby

We usually stop here on our trips to and from Florida. We can have wine with our dinner as we do not have to drive to the OutBack. As well Denny's serves a great breakfast in the morning. [Less]

Jacuzzi Suite
By Pedro2553
I got the Jacuzzi suite for a romantic weekend. We enjoyed every second of it. We used the hot tub, watched TV in the biggest, most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in, and the location of the [More] hotel made it easy to get around the Fayetteville area. There were plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again. [Less]

My Over Night Stay ...
Driving for 10 straight hours was not in the plans. We were given the Holiday Inn in Fayetteville, NC as an option to break up the traveling. It was really easy to make the reservation. We arrive [More] late on Friday night and checked in very easily. Sleep was great - room was clean (as we expected it to be). On Sat. morn, before driving the final part of our journey, we had the breakfast included in the price. It was more than we had expected. Service was very friendly, food was hot and very good. If we take that trip next year, I'm sure we will go the same say. [Less]
We were expecting better for what we know about Holiday Inn
By Luca123
We stayed in H.I. and H.I Express before and we must admit, it is the first time we fell, we will not return to any H.I. because of our recent experience. The reception people as well as the [More] restaurant staff were very nice and most of the time, attentive. Helpful at the reception, but waiting for your second cup of coffee in the morning and had to ask for it, is not acceptable for any H.I. The room was comfortable as usual, but dusty and needed more attention when being cleaned. Cleaning staff should be more careful and not rush when they do a room; better to do 8 rooms properly than 12 not well done. Towel in the toilet means, no supervisor to check the room after it is being done. Food in the restaurant was cold. Breakfast should be served warm and a pot of coffee on the table would make it easier when our cup is empty and wait close to 10 minutes to get the attention of the server. Sorry, but this is the truth. [Less]
Great Value
By djajpro
I loved the large room. We had a king be with a sofa pull out for my 5 year old. I really liked the door between these two areas, for a bit of privacy through the night. Plus, we still had ample room [More] for our crib. Breakfast was a nice surprise as well. Overall, this was a great value and I would definitely stay here again. [Less]
