Featured Fargo Hotels

Enjoy a warm Midwestern welcome at our hotels in Fargo, North Dakota, nestled along the Red River at the Minnesota border. Admire Native American art work at the Fargo Plains Art Museum and follow trails through blooming wildflowers in Buffalo River State Park.

Housed in a beautifully-renovated brick building downtown, the Fargo Plains Art Museum celebrates traditional Native American and folk art as well as contemporary works by regional artists. Many of the historic warbirds on display at the Fargo Air Museum, near our hotels in Fargo, can still take to the air. Planes in the collection include a P-51D, an important fighter plane during World War II, and the open-air cockpit PT-19. Get a sense of what pioneer life was like on the prairie at Bonanzaville, USA's recreated village in West Fargo. Among the 24 historic structures is a 1800s blacksmith shop and forge with original tools and a charming one-room schoolhouse. At Buffalo River State Park, a short drive east of our Fargo hotels into Minnesota, 12 miles of trails wander through prairies alive with butterflies and wildflowers before transitioning to hardwood forests edging the Buffalo River.

Fargo's restaurants dish up a nice variety of good-value pastas, sandwiches and burgers. The walkable downtown features pleasant specialty shops and antique stores as well as the lovingly-restored 1925 Fargo Theater. For major department stores and retail franchises, guests of our Fargo hotels enjoy the West Acres Shopping Center. Students from North Dakota State University and Minnesota State University-Moorhead help sustain a surprising number of bars and dance clubs in both Fargo and neighboring Moorhead, Minnesota.

Stay at our Holiday Inn® hotels in Fargo in July for outdoor concerts in the Fargo Bluesfest. In winter, hit the trails of Buffalo River State Park on cross-country skis or snowshoes.

Exceptional staff. I am not particularly fond of the kitchen in my hotel room, but it was close to my destination. [Less]

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights for a convention in Fargo. the hotel staff was friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied for preparing our own food for our [More] stay when we didn't feel like eating out. Would definitely stay at this motel again. [Less]

The hotel was great but the front exterior was being remodeled during my visit and it looked like a war zone. Once inside, everything was great. [Less]

Beds are very comfortable, rooms are clean. There is a lot of variety of breakfast options, though they are not necessarily the healthiest. [Less]

We've stayed at this hotel twice now and will return many times as we have two children attending college in the area. Beautiful spaces, excellent amenities and great service! [Less]

Great Stay

When we arrived it was a bit confusing as they are being remodeled. Other than that confusion our stay was great. The room was clean and comfortable and the food from the dining room was very [More] good. The breakfast was great but I might not think so next time as they told me that they will no longer be serving the wonderful hash brown potatoes, which were some of the best I ever had. I would stay here again when in Fargo. [Less]
Good location and a great night of sleep
By Dakotatex
Spending time renewing connections with family and friends. This proved to be a very good location. The staff was very good and although the motel is undergoing remodeling we were not affected in [More] the room. During remodeling there was some difficulty in getting my morning coffee and newspaper (but then most don't read the printed anymore). The room attendants were attentive to our needs. Only downside was that two of our bath towels were torn (but we had six of them in the room for the two of us, so it was not a problem). Although we had not stayed here in over 15 years it still has that comfortable, welcome home feeling provided by the staff. [Less]
