Very nice stay
By Amy Gym Mom
Our stay was too short to use everything that was available in this room. Wish we were going to be there longer. The room was very spacious and the grounds were lovely. [Less]
Very convenient to Capital University and OSU
By MaHanasMom
Suite was very roomy, beds were comfortable, the room was nice and quiet, slept like a baby. Breakfast was excellent, only no plain oatmeal. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think the only way [More] to improve this Hotel would be the addition of a hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.. [Less]
staybridge stay comfortable but a bit noisy
By fancyfeet
the two bedroom suite was laid out well - especially for two families. A common area in the middle provides privacy for both bedrooms. Pillows were lumpy - likely because they are forced into squares [More] for decoration upon arrival. Floor boards above this particular bedroom were creaky causing us to hear the person above us whenever they moved. Noise outside in the common area lasted until just after 11pm which was difficult for those trying to go to sleep earlier. Otherwise, clean and friendly staff. [Less]
ADK Conference stay

It was a very welcoming environment. I kept getting lost in the hotel and staff was nice about guiding me around. The waitress Friday night did an awesome job!!! Maybe her name was Mary...we had a [More] large group that kept getting larger and she just rolled with it! I appreciated how clean everything was! My room was nice, I think room 206 or 306 (by door 5) and there was some red stains on the floor near the maybe cough definitely had been cleaned, not sure if you can remove it better or not. Just a thought. [Less]

Great hotel for great price

I have stayed at several bigger brand hotels and the Holiday Inn always provides the needs that i need in the hotel. Refrigerator in the room are a must for me and parking was very accessible and [More] convenient. Definitely jewel in the city of Columbus. [Less]
Comfortable, but LOUD
By prmode
Inside the room, the heating unit was extremely loud whenever it started/stopped blowing air. It was 40 outside, so too cold to keep the heat off but not cold enough to be able to keep the fan [More] blowing constantly for white noise. So I woke up every time the fan turned on. When the fan was off, I could hear everyone who walked by in the hallway, the elevator down the hall, the vending machine...everything as though they were right next to my bed. The bathroom was probably as clean as it could get, despite the chipping paint and other signs of wear and tear. My room was probably due for a reno The hotel was under renovation and didn't have restaurant/room service in the evening, which is fine, but I wish I had known about that before arriving. There are takeout places nearby, but looking up the options was one more to-do before I could kick back and relax. The main thing saving this hotel was the friendly staff who were patient and helpful with my questions. There was a snafu with the parking lot; the machine wouldn't give me a ticket and I was concerned about being able to leave. To my surprise, they removed the $12 parking charge from my bill. They might have done this for everyone, but they were nice. The cleaning lady was also really sweet when I saw her in the hallway. She was cheerful and friendly, but not nosy/chatty/awkward [Less]
