Amazing customer service.
By Tammyh62
We stayed here when my husband was a patient at the Cleveland Clinic and the whole experience was amazing. The staff from check in to check out were all so caring and went above and beyond to see [More] that all of our needs were met. We will definitely stay there again when returning to the Cleveland Clinic. Along with the superb staff, the hotel and amenities are absolutely beautiful. [Less]
July Stay
By big3mama
It has been necessary for me to stay overnight several times during the past several years on the Cleveland Clinic Campus. Of all of the hotels I have stayed on or near campus, I would definitely [More] return to this one. My only concern was that when I checked in, I was asked to sign a statement stating I was aware that I would not be able to extend my stay July 17-2?. because they were booked to capacity due to the RNC. When one has a loved one in the hospital, being asked this upon check in is very stressful. Yes, the surgeon gave me an expected hospital discharge date for my patient, but things do not always go as planned. I understand that this form did not originate from the desk clerks, but management, which in my opinion management did not show empathy for most of it's usual guests who are connected with someone who is hospitalized at Cleveland Clinic [Less]
Would Definitely Stay Here Again- Highly Recommend
By One of The Herd
After reading a couple of negative reviews (one was rather lengthy and in great detail), I was hesitant to stay here. However, it was in close proximity to the building that my doctor's office is [More] located within, and I liked that it was part of the shuttle route, so I thought, "what the heck, it will just be one night...I can survive". Ladies and Gentlemen, my stay here could not have been better. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Here is my rationale for writing a positive review: When I pulled in front of the hotel, I was greeted enthusiastically by the valet staff. I walked into the lobby, and it was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and very well lit. The check in procedure was quick, and the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Upon entering my studio suite, I was pleased once again by the nice decorations, how bright and clean and aesthetically pleasing everything was. So far so good, right? Changed shoes and went downstairs to the fitness facility. For those of you who know what most hotels have, you will be pleasantly surprised with this hotel gym. A nice variety of new cardio equipment, a cable machine, AND...hold your horses for this one...Real dumbbells! Dumbbells with two benches! Plenty of room to do walking lunges as well. I was a happy camper. Then, I decided to grab a bite to eat so I ordered one of their pizzas for dinner. I love a good pizza, especially when I am tempted with such toppings as "garlic pesto, mozzarella, mushrooms, roasted garlic". It was one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I would highly recommend it. The outside seating area is nice, and other guests (when they saw my pizza being delivered) mentioned that I would love it, and they had eaten other items off of the menu that was equally delicious. The bar and dining area is very spacious and very inviting, they have a nice beer and cocktail selection, and the menu has something for everyone on it. After dinner and retiring to my room, I slept well, no distractions or loud noises to report of. I cannot provide any information about the breakfast selection, but I can't imagine that it would be disappointing. Thank you, Holiday Inn, for providing a great stay for a patient of Cleveland Clinic. It was a pleasure. [Less]
Beautiful Rooms and serviec

The day staff was wonderful as was the housekeeping staff. Our conference room was great the first day and the room we were moved to was too small the second day. [Less]
Cleveland Clinic Lung Transplantation Program
By Patient's Wife
The Intercontinental was a convenient and comforting place to stay while my husband was a patient in the Cleveland Clinic lung transplantation program. I always felt safe walking the Skyway, no [More] matter the time of day or night. The Valet staff was particularly friendly [Less]
The Perfect Wedding
The InterContinental Cleveland was a fabulous venue for a family wedding. The guest rooms were modern and spotless, the staff and service were impeccable, the ballroom was beautiful and the food was [More] extraordinary. The reception could not have been any more elegant or enjoyable! [Less]

Great Stay
By dlk199
The staff at this hotel should be commended for their friendliness. From Brittany who helped find me a room accommodating early check in to the breakfast staff and LaVon who helped me check out, [More] everyone was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. This is a beautiful hotel and I'd definitely stay there if I was in the area again. [Less]
Typically funky Indigo
By Kiran-mk2
Outside it doesn't look like much - tucked behind a range of other chains just of the Interstate - but once inside, the funky decor makes itself known. The check-in was friendly althought I was not [More] greeted as a Spire Member and for some reason my welcome points had been posted about 8 hours before I checked in so no other options seemed available (snacks, drink etc). The front desk staff were very helpful sorting out an issue over breakfast and equally helpful on checkout. The room itself was a good size with the usual funky Indigo designs (including feature wall), large TV with full EPG (rather than having to hopefully flick through the channels to find something to watch. The bathroom was stocked with Aveva products and a nice shower (but I would have preferred a rainfall shower as I've seen in other Indigos). The bed was very comfortable as were the pillows although they were a bit on the small side. The blind provided a good level of light blocking. Breakfast was functional - good selection of cereals and pastries/cakes, but the cooked selection was a bit disappointing (especially the country potatos). The only issue we had during our stay was about half an hour before check-out a member of staff let themselves into our room without notice to check if we were still there. [Less]
