Good stay for daughters birthday
By Ed1976
Stayed here several times when in Clemson. I had an American Express 15 % off deal which initially was not honored. I received a call after getting home telling me they were going to honor it after [More] all and I would be seeing that adjustment in my charge. Now THAT is true customer service after the sale. I was very impressed. The property is in a great location close to the campus and easily accessable. The lobby was beautiful and modern and relaxing. Breakfast variety was good, definitely better than some other hotels in the area. The staff very friendly and caring. The room was good with good bedding and bathroom and well attended to. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it. [Less]

Great service and comfortable surroundings
My wife and I came to Clemson to help our granddaughter move into a new apartment and it happened to coincide with the winter storm named "Jonas". The staff in this hotel were very welcoming and [More] helped us in a time of stress. We felt very safe and secure within this hotel with its staff. The room was great, the food was very good and most of all we felt comfortable here. Thanks to the staff!! [Less]
