I had problem with my room's key and when i asked to one of front desk lady to renew it. She treat me very bad, as i was guilt for the room's key problem, and this was the third time i stayed at this hotel and i had the same issue in the previous stay as well.

Have stayed at this location now for 5 years when I am up here for work. Even making reservations is a chore despite the amount of time I spend here during the year. Room conditions very dated. No special amenities. Housekeeping varies depending on the time that you stay. I stay here 20 nights a year and have yet to have a comfortable experience on a consistant basis. Upon checkout this time i conferred with the asst. General mgr. about my concerns. As an ihg credit card member my platinum status is guaranteed so staying 20 nights means less now than before. As i read through other comments from others it seems i am not alone with my experiences at this property. Tough choices to be made in the coming months as the location is ideal for me, but it may be time to move on.
