I am a Platinum IHG member and have been for a few years. I stayed here for 2 nights in the "Snowmagedon" of 2014. The first night I went down to the restaurant / Pub to eat dinner. I had a tap beer that tasted like they hadn't cleaned the taps in months. I got terrible service and I was sitting at the bar. Let me put that into context. The female bartender was talking to a guy she obviously new at the end of the bar and didn't pay attention to me that well. Then the manager came out and was ripping into the bartender about something and she left the bar for like 15 minutes while now the manager was attending to other guest out in the restaurant. I had no service what so ever. Then the bartender came back and got me another bottle beer and brought my food. I didn't see her again for another 15 minutes as I waited for another beer. The food was not good. It was eatable but that was it. I did not order any more food from the hotel. It was not good.
Overall the hotel was good, Front desk staff were great as I was getting cancelled flights and they were very accommodating. The room was small but very nice. Fitness room was good. All and all I would stay in the hotel again but never, ever eat there. I will be trying to find a better IHG hotel in the area for next time I travel to DC.

This trip was rather stressful as my flight was delayed for several days due to the local weather.But, the bright spot of that trip was this hotel and its incredible staff. Yannick,Janna,Sophia,Mario,Patricia ,Gratziawere fantastic employees. They were true professionals in all of my interactions with them. I would list the entire staff,but, unfortunately I did not catch their names. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was rather large for an airport hotel. The restaurant served good food with excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wow, the Hotel staff provided exceptionally good customer service. They remember your name!! I know that that does not really mean anything but it does make you feel at home. I travel 50% of the year for business purposes and felt very comfortable here. I was even asked by the cook at the Irish Pub in the Hotel as to how my meal was. I am just an ordinary working person; therefore, no need for special attention. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.
