Poor finish to newly refurbished rooms.
Expensive and poorly prepared evening meals.
Not the best of stays.

Jack at the front desk was absolutely amazing he is a great asset to your hotel and business. No problem was too big for him to handle he and estelle at the bar were the best people around in this hotel

We found the hotel to be very clean and comfortable, the staff were helpful and welcoming. The bathroom was exceptionally clean but the hot water system made it difficult to have a really hot bath,not very user friendly.
We had a family room with three grandchildren,they slept well on the single beds and enjoyed seeing the hares hopping around the garden in the morning.

We are a group of 6/8 teachers accompanying a study tour and we've been using the hotel facilities for three years now. Recently bathrooms have been refubished which enhances the overall comfort. Breakfast is marvellous and the staff are very friendly. The bar is a nice place to end the day.

I was advised that if I signed up to IHG Rewards Club any points accrued through my stay ie for food & drink would be added to my points along with a bonus of 1000 points, just for signing up that month. It looks like both members of staff mislead me on that 1 as I have no points in my account - so what is the point? Very misleading

A perfectly acceptable hotel for my business purposes. However when booking I was charged a tariff for the call for which I strongly object.
